Jouney into the beyond- 1

Pushkar is one of the oldest holy cities of India. We find its reference even in our great epics(Ramayana and Mahabharata). It is located in the north-west of Ajmer district around 14 miles away  from it. Ajmer is a pilgrimage for Muslims too.
This is a story that took place around Seven hundred years ago. It was Karthik purnima day (A full moon day, generally happens in Oct-Nov). Thousands of Pilgrims congregated to take a bath in the holy lake of Pushkar. Some pilgrims had come from nearby cities and hamlets and some pilgrims were from distant places. people from almost all milieu were there.
Every year people used to gather in the Pushkar on the same day since time immemorial. But, why I am writing about the incident that happened seven hundred years ago in the Pushkar lake because something bizarre happened that year.
Paramhamsa Bairagi Baba, an enlightened person of that time also came to Pushkar. After a day or so from karthik purnima , He went to Nag Parvat (means Snake Mountain), a mountain that separates Pushkar town from Ajmer. A king, along with a troop decided to go up on Nag parvat just to see a Hanuman temple on its pinnacle. The king happened to see Paramhansa Bairagi Baba there. Bairagi Baba was in deep Samadhi. His face was exceptionally luminous. The king was so fascinated by him that he said his troop to go back to their kingdom. I would come in a month or so. He had been waiting for three days, but Bairagi Baba did not open his eyes. Soon he got popularity. Twelve Pilgrims decided not to go back to their homes. They wanted to see the unseen. they wanted self-Realisation.
